Copy Right Issue

Many of the games on the Binzo Games websites are our intellectual property (IPR), and for some of the games, we asked and were granted licenses by the copyright holders who we are aware of. We were unable to locate copyright information for several titles, or it was no longer available because of widespread internet use

Given a variety of prerequisite restrictions, certain games may be employed in unique circumstances. As far as we can tell, Binzo Games satisfies these necessary requirements. Nothing in the game's source code is altered by us. Credit holders, brand names, and website references, for instance, don't alter. If you believe that any of your intellectual property rights, including copyright, are being violated by Binzo Games or its websites, please notify us right once and provide the following information:

• 1. The IPR owner's physical or electronic signature, or the signature of the representative designated by the owner;
• 2. A description of the infringement activity as well as the IP Right that has been violated;
• 3. The unapproved reproduction of the copyrighted work can be found at the specified location (e.g., the URL of the Binzo Games website, the title of the book in which it appears, or, in the event of a registered brand name, a passage from the register proving registration);
• 4. A copy of a license that grants you, if you are not the owner of the intellectual property, the authority to use and safeguard such intellectual property;
• 5. The particular URL or other location on our website where the content you claim is infringing is located; this information must to be detailed enough for us to find the content;
• 6. Name, complete contact information, and declaration that the challenged use is not permitted by the law, the copyright owner, or its representative, as stated with sincerity and honesty.
